At Diesel Care, we deliver Australia-wide using Australia Post and/or StarTrack depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Shipping Timeframes

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of being placed (subject to stock availability).

We offer both Parcel Post and Express Post through Australia Post. Delivery estimates from the day of dispatch are:

QLD (Metro & Regiona: |  Parcel Post 2–5 business days. Express Post 1–2 business days.

NSW, VIC, ACT: |  Parcel Post 3–6 business days. Express Post 1–3 business days.

SA: |  Parcel Post 4–7 business days. Express Post 2–3 business days.

WA, NT, TA: |  Parcel Post 6–10 business days. Express Post 2–5 business days.

Remote Areas: |  Parcel Post Up to 14+ business days. Express Post Not guaranteed.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post’s service levels, public holidays, or extreme weather events.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product size and weight
  • Delivery address

You’ll see the total shipping cost added to your order before final confirmation.

Backorders

If a product is temporarily out of stock, you may place it on backorder. We’ll contact you with the expected dispatch date via phone or email. Once available, it will be sent at no additional freight charge. You will not be charged until the item is dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window on most items. Returned products must be in original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if packaging is damaged or the item has been installed or used.

  • Refunds exclude original shipping charges
  • Restocking fees may apply

  • All prices are in AUD and include GST.
  • For international orders, please contact us directly. International deliveries may incur customs duties or taxes payable by the customer.
  • If we’re unable to fulfil your order (e.g. item unavailable), we’ll contact you within 2 business days to arrange an alternative or a full refund.
