We deliver our products Australia wide using Australia Post, TNT or Toll IPEC. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Goods will be despatched within 3 working days of order.

All prices are by default in AUD including GST. Depending on method of dispatch, please allow 1-21 days from dispatch for delivery within Australia. If an International order is required please contact us to discuss as we do not offer this service through our website but in certain circumstances this can be arranged. Please be aware that international orders may incur duties and taxes in your specific country which you will be responsible for.

We’re committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.

Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Refunds for returned goods are for the purchase price and exclude original freight or postage charges. Diesel Care reserves the right to charge a restocking fee at our discretion.

Returns should be in original condition and with original packaging. We may not accept returns if the packaging is damage. All goods sent for return must be within 30 days.

Where possession of goods is to be transferred to the applicant it is expressly understood that these goods remain the property of the provider until paid in full.

The customer agrees that entries in the records of the provider stating that the customer has requested the supply of certain goods and/or services and that the credit provider has delivered the said goods and/or services to the applicant shall be prima facie evidence of such request and delivery.

If a product you order is temporarily out of stock, you may wish to place it on backorder. We will advise you of the expected dispatch date either by phone, email or mail and the product will be sent to you as soon as it becomes available.

You will not be charged any additional delivery costs for back ordered items delivered to you at a later date. Your credit card will not be charged for back ordered items until they are dispatched, however for security reasons, all cheques will be banked on receipt.
