Diesel Care can help minimise downtime with our service exchange program. Where an exchange unit is available, we can supply a fully reconditioned replacement unit ready to fit, rather than having you wait for your own unit to be repaired.

Our reconditioned exchange units are professionally overhauled and tested to meet the required specifications, restoring them to new-unit performance standards.
How does service exchange work?
The exchange unit we supply becomes your replacement unit. Your old unit is returned to Diesel Care as the exchange core and is not repaired and returned to you.
A core deposit is required and is refunded once we receive your old unit, provided it is suitable for reconditioning.
Service exchange is not a loan service. We do not supply temporary injectors, pumps or turbochargers while your own components are being repaired.
