Warranty Registration of your STEINBAUER Products is important, at STEINBAUER it has been attempted to make this process as simple and straightforward as possible. However the registration rate remains low and most often customers think that they are automatically registered for warranty or don’t think about it until they need to send their product in for checking or reprogramming.
It is important to note that in 2018 STEINBAUER made some changes to the Extended Warranty Program. Whilst the offer of the Iron Clad 3 year Extended Warranty continues it is a requirement that all products must be registered for the Extended Warranty within 90 days of purchase.
Additionally, STEINBAUER will not process Warranty claims that fall outside 1 Year from the purchase date if they have not registered.
Should the product not be registered for warranty there may be a service fee charged to inspect/diagnose the module.
