Macca’s rig is blowing smoke – we fix it with a STEINBAUER Power Module

Macca takes his tow vehicle into Diesel Care Toowoomba for a tune up. He’s had a chip on it since day one but disconnected it a while ago because it was blowing heaps of smoke. The boys at Diesel Care reckon the STEINBAUER Power Module will fix the problem so Maccas prepared to give it a go, he really misses the power.

Built in Austria the STEINBAUER PowerModule is a highly advanced programmable electronic computer module that can increase torque and power by up to 20%. The STEINBAUER alters the signal to injectors to optimise fuel injection quantities at certain points which means you wont have to change gears as often and you can do the same job at lower RPM’s.

Once the modules been installed under the bonnet it onto the dyno to see what changes its made.

So what do all the graphs results actually mean? Down low a 35% increase is achieved in power and torque and up the top a 25% increase, which makes a good different when Macca puts his van on the back.

The numbers never lie! Putting it to the test Macca didn’t even drop a gear going up a hill and comments saying “its very impressive indeed”. So if it more power you want then it the STEINBAUER Power Module that you need.
