The DCWK03 Injector Washer Kit includes the injector washers required when refitting existing injectors in the applicable Nissan Navara D40 2.5L YD25 engine.
What is an Injector Washer Kit?
Injector washers help provide the required seal between the fuel injector and cylinder head.
Removing an injector disturbs the existing washer, so you should renew the appropriate washer when refitting an existing injector rather than reuse the old one.
The DCWK03 Injector Washer Kit provides the replacement washers required for the applicable Nissan Navara D40 YD25 injector installation.
When Do I Need DCWK03?
Use DCWK03 when removing and refitting existing injectors, including injectors removed for testing, servicing or repair.
If you’re installing new replacement injectors, you won’t need DCWK03 because the new injectors already come with injector washers.

We strongly recommend replacing all seals, washers and high-pressure injector pipes whenever injectors are removed or replaced. Reusing old components may lead to leaks, incorrect sealing or costly rework.
