Removing fuel injectors for testing, servicing or replacement can disturb the seals, washers and other components associated with the injector installation.
An Injector Fitting Kit provides the replacement fitting components required when installing or refitting the injectors, helping ensure the components seal correctly during reassembly.
Why Use an Injector Fitting Kit?
Replacing the required seals, washers and fitting components while the injectors are removed helps reduce the risk of leaks, incorrect sealing and costly rework caused by reusing old components.
DCFK20 also includes a replacement rocker cover, providing the applicable components together for the injector installation.

Note: DCWK03 Injector Washer Kit is not required when purchasing DCFK20, as the fitting kit already includes the necessary injector washers.
We strongly recommend replacing all seals, washers and high-pressure injector pipes whenever injectors are removed or replaced. Reusing old components may lead to leaks, incorrect sealing or costly rework.
