What is a Fuel Injector Pipe Kit? A fuel injector pipe kit contains the high-pressure fuel pipes that connect the common rail to the fuel injectors.
These pipes operate under extremely high fuel pressure and rely on correctly formed sealing surfaces to maintain a secure connection between the rail and injectors.
Why Replace High-Pressure Injector Pipes? We strongly recommend replacing high-pressure injector pipes whenever injectors are removed or replaced.
Reusing old pipes can compromise the sealing surfaces and may lead to fuel leaks, incorrect sealing or costly rework. Replacing the pipes while the fuel system is already apart helps ensure the injectors are installed with the correct associated components.

Injector Fitting Kit – DCFK08 New Denso Common Rail Injector – 295700-1320 (OEM 23670-09470) New Denso High-Pressure Fuel Pump – 299000-0070 Note: New injectors are supplied with injector washers. The DCWK06 Injector Washer Kit is only required when refitting existing injectors and washers are not already supplied in another fitting kit.
