What is a Fuel Injector Pipe Kit?

A fuel injector pipe kit contains the high-pressure fuel pipes that connect the common rail to the fuel injectors.

These pipes operate under extremely high fuel pressure and rely on correctly formed sealing surfaces to maintain a secure connection between the rail and injectors.

Why Replace High-Pressure Injector Pipes?

We strongly recommend replacing the high-pressure injector pipes whenever injectors are removed or replaced.

Reusing old pipes can compromise the sealing surfaces and may lead to fuel leaks, incorrect sealing or costly rework. Replacing the pipes while the fuel system is already apart helps ensure the injectors are installed with the correct associated components.
