Diesel fuel pumps are precision-built components made up of moving parts that wear down over time. As seals, valves, and springs degrade, pump performance suffers — making accurate diagnosis and servicing essential.
At Diesel Care, we supply both new and reconditioned diesel fuel pumps to suit a wide range of common diesel systems. Whether you’re replacing a failed unit or rebuilding an original, we offer reliable solutions to keep your vehicle running at its best.
When a fuel pump is sent in for servicing, it’s completely disassembled and assessed. From there, our technicians use specialist tools and advanced calibration equipment to restore it to optimal condition. We check internal fuel pressure, governed RPM, timing response, idle speed, and more.
Let’s be honest, this isn’t a job for the home garage. Without a dust-free workspace and high-end test benches, you’re more likely to ruin the pump than repair it. Rebuilding a diesel fuel pump requires the kind of precision you’d expect from a laboratory… not something you can tackle over a few beers in the shed.
Our workshops are equipped with manufacturer-specific tooling from Bosch, Denso, Delphi, Stanadyne, and Siemens. Each reconditioned pump is thoroughly tested to ensure it meets strict quality standards.
