Refunds for returned goods are for the purchase price and exclude original freight or postage charges. Returns should be in original condition and with original packaging. Diesel Care reserves the right to charge a restocking fee at our discretion.

If a product you order is temporarily out of stock, you may wish to place it on backorder. We will advise you of the expected dispatch date either by phone, email or mail and the product will be sent to you as soon as it becomes available.

You will not be charged any additional delivery costs for back ordered items delivered to you at a later date. Your credit card will not be charged for back ordered items until they are dispatched, however for security reasons, all cheques will be banked on receipt.

We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including if the requested product is not available, if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the website or an error in your order.

Each order placed for products through the website that we accept results in a separate binding agreement between you and us for the supply of those products. For each order accepted by us, we will supply the products in that order to you in accordance with these terms and conditions.

If we reject an order placed through the website, then we will endeavour to notify you of that rejection at the time you place the order or within a reasonable time after you submit your order.

Delivery

We deliver our products Australia wide using Australia Post, TNT or Toll IPEC. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Goods will be despatched within 3 working days of order.

All prices are by default in AUD including GST.
Depending on method of dispatch, please allow 1-21 days from dispatch for delivery within Australia. If an International order is required please contact us to discuss as we do not offer this service through our website but in certain circumstances this can be arranged. Please be aware that international orders may incur duties and taxes in your specific country which you will be responsible for.

We’re committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.

Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

We want you to be totally satisfied with all products purchased from Diesel Care’s Online Diesel Store.

1) Taking it to a Diesel Care store

The easiest and quickest way to return your item(s) is to take them to your local Diesel Care Store for a replacement or refund or repair along with your copy tax invoice as proof of purchase.

The store manager will happily address your concerns and if necessary refund, replace or repair the item. Please ensure you have your copy tax invoice with you as proof of purchase.

Return of goods may be denied if the goods are damaged through incorrect installation, neglect, or used for a purpose other than they where intended.

2) Sending it back to the Online Store.

WE WILL PAY THE RETURN FREIGHT FOR ANY FAULTY ITEMS (I.E. If the Product delivered is faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for its intended purpose, does not match the description on the Site or IS covered under warranty from the manufacturer) OR INCORRECTLY FILLED ORDERS ONLY.

To return an item by post, or courier please contact us either by email info@dieselcare.com.au or telephoning us on 1800 880 150. Let us know your customer order number and your personal details along with which item(s) you wish to return, and the details of any fault.

We will happily address your concerns and if necessary email a Returns Authorisation Notice to you. Items returned without a Returns Authorisation Notice cannot be processed.

When you receive this email, simply print out the returns note and place it in your parcel with the item(s) you wish to return. Please package your item(s) securely, using the original outer packaging where possible.

Return by either Post or Courier will depend on the size and weight of the item you wish to return. We will inform you which means is necessary when you contact us about your return. If the item(s) can be returned by post please take to any Australia Post outlet. Ensure item(s) is securely packaged and labelled with the return address provided on the Returns Authorisation Notice.

If we advise that the item(s) require collection by courier please call us on 1800 880 150 and arrange a suitable time for collection. Ensure item(s) is securely packaged and labelled with the return address provided on the Returns Authorisation Notice.

We will endeavour to send you a replacement or refund your payment within 14 days (excluding shipments to remote locations), providing your Returns Authorisation Notice is included with the item(s) returned.
