This washer kit is also not required if you are purchasing the Injector Fitting Kit (Part Number: DCFK01), as the fitting kit already includes the necessary washers and seals for installation.

The DCWK01 Injector Washer Kit includes the injector washers required when refitting the existing injectors in the applicable Toyota LandCruiser 200 Series 1VD-FTV engine.

What is an Injector Washer Kit?

Removing an injector disturbs the existing washer, so you should renew the appropriate washer when refitting an existing injector rather than reuse the old one.

The DCWK01 Injector Washer Kit provides the replacement washers required for the applicable Toyota LandCruiser 200 Series 1VD-FTV injector installation.

When Do I Need DCWK01?

You may need DCWK01 when removing and refitting your existing injectors, including when injectors have been removed for testing, servicing or repair.

You do not need to purchase DCWK01 when buying new replacement injectors from Diesel Care for this application, as the new injectors already come with injector washers.
